Interiman Group, the Swiss leader in the recruitment market, offers a comprehensive range of human resources solutions (permanent and temporary recruitment, training, HR outsourcing, outplacement, and consulting).

With strong development ambitions, the Group has strengthened its strategic orientations, despite the crisis, notably by making digital technology a lever for value creation. As a result, investment projects have been maintained to offer high-performance management tools to teams so that they can focus on the human aspect of their business. The company has therefore launched a new recruitment platform to facilitate the relationship between customers, candidates, and employees.

What support?

During the course of the recruitment project, Eolia Software has supported the Interiman Group in all stages of advancement to provide it with the best answers and recommendations. The most important aspect was to define the configuration of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), then to carry out the multilingual deployment with the 270 users spread over fifteen entities, in four different languages. This upstream work helped determine the specific functionalities to be implemented, such as the creation of a standard CV, the interface with their contract management tools, notably E@syTemp, etc.

Subsequently, an in-house e-learning training programme was developed by the digital department of the Interiman Group. These training modules made it possible to follow the recruitment process step by step and to facilitate the learning of this new tool for managing and tracking applications. In parallel, the Eolia WordPress plug-in has been implemented on the Group’s career sites to facilitate access to job ads for each brand and optimise the candidate pathway.

The recruitment ATS has been seamlessly integrated into the Interiman Group information system with high-performance multiposting functionality. Collaborating in project mode, the relationship with the client was simple and fluid thanks to the role of the internal pilot team. It made it possible to centralise feedback and prioritise it so that the recruitment ATS integration deadlines are respected.

After the implementation of the recruitment solution, the Eolia Software project manager continues to support the Interiman Group with regular monitoring. This proximity allows the recruitment software to evolve constantly according to their needs and expectations.
