Aware that the Group’s performance depends on the satisfaction and commitment of its 3,000 employees, Human Resources management is a major challenge. One of the concerns was the digitalisation of recruitment processes with the integration of an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software adapted to internal operations.

Fitch Bennett Partners, a recruitment agency, accompanies its clients in three areas: the recruitment of executives by direct approach, transition management and coaching & outplacement of executives. Based in France and abroad, in 13 countries, the recruitment agency operates in many top and middle management sectors. In France, the subsidiary is composed of about thirty employees who carry out 72% of the assignments. To meet the recruitment needs of its clients, Fitch Bennett Partners wanted to change its recruitment software or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to benefit from a more efficient tool and more adapted to its activities.
