Fitch Bennett Partners, a recruitment agency, accompanies its clients in three areas: the recruitment of executives by direct approach, transition management and coaching & outplacement of executives.
Based in France and abroad, in 13 countries, the recruitment agency operates in many top and middle management sectors. In France, the subsidiary is composed of about thirty employees who carry out 72% of the assignments.
To meet the recruitment needs of its clients, Fitch Bennett Partners wanted to change its recruitment software or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to benefit from a more efficient tool and more adapted to its activities.

The implementation of the ATS EOLIA software took place over a period of 6 months. After defining the scope of the project, a dedicated project manager at EOLIA Software accompanied the customer through all phases of progress, from the customisation of the application to the deployment and training of the teams.
With this in mind, the project manager continues to work with Fitch Bennett Partners to adapt the solution according to their needs.
