Based in France and abroad, in 13 countries, the recruitment agency operates in many top and middle management sectors. In France, the subsidiary is composed of about thirty employees who carry out 72% of the assignments.
To meet the recruitment needs of its clients, Fitch Bennett Partners wanted to change its recruitment software or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to benefit from a more efficient tool and more adapted to its activities.
